#AskTheExpert Hi Mam, my daughter is 6 years old but she is 17 kgs only! she is not putting on weight and not showing interest in eating food. her birth weight is 2.85 kgs now height is 113 cms. please let us know if we can use any supplements for gaining weight. Thank you

A. Hello Mom! To boost your child's growth, she must eat balanced nutritious meals and if she's given kid friendly yet nutritious recipes, her appetite will increase. Give her nutrient dense meals like paneer pulao + raita, cheese sandwich + spinach soup, vegetable frankie + curd dip and healthy snacks like makhana, nuts ladoo, lassi, fruit milkshake etc.
