#AskTheExpert hi mam๐ my baby is two months old I have variation in breast milk 2 to 3 days I feel hard in breasts and some other days I feel softy please tell me what to do mam I feel I am not giving enough milk to my son so please tell me mam

Yea They could be a possibility that your body is not making sufficient feeding which is why your breast are comparatively softer than usual and also you just have to say see if your child is getting a minimum of 400 g every month with your feeling that means youโre making enough it otherwise itโs not sufficient
