It’s Initially maybe tough for a child to digest the milk so what you can do is you can just reduce the amount of milk that you are adding to the water since you are taking suppose 30 ML of water instead of adding one full scoop just take 3/4 of scoop so that way the milk is going to be little thinner and easy for a child to digest
