RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. If your child is unable to speak and not even responding then maybe a possibility that your child could be having delay in the growth and that is why your child is facing this kind of an issue you may as well get it examined with your doctor once you visit a child psychologist in the first place
