A. you can start using castor oil.once a week. but keep it for a couple of hours before bath and not overnight. castor oil tends to cool the body.so it may cause cold in kids. hence leave it on hair only for a while . you can even use use bit of conditioner once in a while. though not regularly. oiling and massaging the hair nicely is really important.
