A. deworm your child once and start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child

A. U Should get it read it with your paediatrician doctor would advise you with the medicine and treatment that needs to be followed for that I head and gradually with the proper medication your child is just going to be fine over a period so don’t worry about it it’s very normal at this age
