ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Is your periods going on? If yes then usually bleeding stays for four to five days and if not then kindly elaborate more about the problem and take foods which are good in nature and gave sabudana sabja seeds and take good rest
