#AskTheExpert Hi mam.iam present 39 weeks 2days pregnant and this is my first pregnancy..till now I didn't get any Braxton Hicks contractions and false labor pains..Did I have a chance of normal delivery or c- section?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 3 years agoA. since its 39 weeks now you can start doing squats daily 4 to 5 times which will help you for normal delivery and also have regular daily walking twice a day along with some pelvic exercises
