Q.

#AskTheExpert Hi mam , I have done IVF.Now 18 weeks over and having twins .done cerclage at 12 weeks CL= 3 cm.now cervical length reduced to 2.6 cm at 18 weeks.does length change whether increase or decrease in upcoming weeks? Also shall I go to full term ??

A. Yes there can be a certainty but it mostly decreases does not increase but full term is going to be there or you will have premature kids or you will have it in the eighth or ninth month we cannot say anything because with twins nothing can be said so prior it would completely depend as you promise towards your pregnancy
