#asktheexpert Hi mam, i am facing severe hairfall after delivery. Its been 3 and half months i delivered a baby but now since 25 days im facing this hairfall issue

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hair fall is quite common after delivery..due to sudden fall of certain hormones causes Telogen effluvium causing hair fall. Eating healthy and right is very important after pregnancy. take protein rich food,It helps keep your hair healthy too. Avoid stress, drink plenty of fluids.

You can go ahead with taking iron and vitamin D supplements these things are going to be very good for you along with that also I would like to recommend you that you should start applying onion and coconut oil into the scalp you can prepare one at home by following a recipe on YouTube or you can even order it onlineWrite Your Answer Here
