A. Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine or Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day. take healthy diet n ple lnty of fluids.avoid taking stress as it reduced milk production.

A. Hello dear parent, if your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated and your milks supply is sufficient for your baby. As baby grows hisilk Sucking process also once asss. So do not worry. But if your breast milk production has reduced then you can give formula milk.
