#AskTheExpert hi madam, my daughter prefers to eat only curd, and she does not like to have any vegetables. i am very much afraid that she might be deprived of essential nutrients. my daughter is 11 months old. is it essential to have veggies or she can get her nutrients from breast milk.

A. yes, vegetables are also important to get certain nutrition The best thing to do is keep calm and keep offering. Provide fruits and vegetables as snacks. take care.

Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
