#AskTheExpert - Hi madam my bites me in nipple n it became like wound near nipple so it's difficult for me to feed her ...can I use niiple shield ..

A. Yes Nipple shield can be used

A. yes you can use. Rinse the breast after each feeding with water to reduce the risk of infection. Apply a cold pack to numb the injured area before nursing. Cold can help dull the pain. Rub a small amount of this Soframycin or nip care ointment on your nipples after every feeding.

A. You should make sure that you are applying breast milk or Desi ghee over the nipples that will be good for the baby and you also because it will relieve you and you can feed your baby with your breast milk also
