Q.

#AskTheExpert hi maam .. i m 5 month old baby mom ... i dont enough milk to to feed baby .... so nw i hv giving him lactogen powder milk .. but now he not having that powder milk . so wt wlse i can give him now

A. Try breast-feeding itself and take lots of water and a high-protein diet as usually that will improve the milk production. You can start giving solids around 5 1/2 months of age if the baby is absolutely not accepting formula.Write Your Answer Here

A. Mother milk is the best source for you baby , try lactonic powder , 2 scoops in glass of milk once or twice daily , have a diet in which you can add fenugreek seeds, zeera , makhana etc . If you still are striving then you can start any best powder and later can cope up with solids
