Q.

#Ashi maam ...my milk is not enough to feed my baby and she only feed from one breast..what should i do ??

A. if you are facing any problems regarding breastfeeding during your lactation period it is always better to take help from your lactation expert who will reco]5mmend you various methods for improvement. the phenomena of breastfeeding is completely related to hormones and the signal sent to the brain with your thoughts so it is very important to stay positively motivated and continue to put efforts.medicines re not of much help.if there is then you can apply cold press locally and take Dolo tablet which is safe during this period.

A. Keep Pumping If you're breastfeeding from only one breast because the other breast needs to heal or rest, you should continue to pump or hand express breast milk from that side to keep it making breast milk. The supply of breast milk will go down in that breast if it doesn't get regular stimulation.
