#asktheexpert Hi ma'am, my age is 37 years, weight 62 kg, height 5"1' I want to lose weight by diet and walking. I usually walk for 30-40 mins daily but the weight is still the same. I need some diet plan to make it happen Need to lose at least 5-6 kgs. kindly suggest some plans.

A. hi mom have good proteins in each meals have variety of vegetables limit cereal intake but dont stop it completely have fruits in between snack time
