#AskTheExpert hi ma'am I have been trying to reduce my stomach and weight. my daughter is 1 year old. I don't get much time to work out. cn u give some tips to reduce the belly fat

A. Hi mom Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat. avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk food and oily food. Drink plenty of water in a day to flush out excess toxins from body. Whenever u get time, do yoga, cycling, jogging, dance to reduce.. Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism.
