A. drink warm milk or coffee and see generally at this gestation period it's low if you have doubt better consult your doctor . . .. . . . . . . .

A. You should able to feel daily. I will suggest you to see your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for you as of now as doctors know our health n body well
