#asktheexpert Hi, Kid urinates very frequently & almost 20 to 25 times in 24hrs. is it a problem? how it mitigate it ? plz suggest

A. hi mom. at this age the kids bladder will be very small and they may pass urine very frequently so nothing to worry regarding this state usually kids will pass very small quantity of urine many times a day, if the urine colour is normal without any smell nothing to worry. also if the child is healthy and active nothing to worry more

A. Hello mom This much urine is not normal at all. In such case you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it because your doctor can only advise you well after examining baby and having some blood test. Till the time try to keep your baby normal room temperature and add more water In babies regular diet plan to keep your baby hydrated.
