#AskTheExpert Hi, in 10weeks pregnant and I’ve got constipation, would you please advice any medicine? And also I’ve got fissures.

Hi parent To get rid of the fissure pain , you may apply the gel specific to the fissure pain which will.give some relief from the pain Please take a spoon of lukewarm water every half an hour in the day time Don't use RO water as it's demineralized use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Don't over eat
