#asktheexpert Hi Iam Naresh Reddy from Hyderabad my 6yr daughter is getting continuous cough while sleeping and getting vomiting with mucuos or food from 2wwwks we are keeping nabilizer yesterday night also she coughed and vomited the food she had in dinner

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. after 2 episodes of vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) 5ml and then again wait for one hour and then give only easily digestible food.
do not give anything to eat in thisz 2hr waiting period.
if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor.
avoid giving milk and heavy diet.
vomit usually occurs due to gastritis
