A. Hello. Try to include home cooked foods. avoid fried. junk, sugary. sweets, bakery foods Add lot of vegetables, fruits, nuts like Almond cashews dates walnuts to recipes Include protein rich foods like milk, paneer, egg, pulses , curd in daily meals for good health
