#AskTheExpert hi I want to ask about breastfeeding actually 45days back I gave a birth to a girl but till I'm unable to feed the milk because milk is not coming I tried but it's no coming what should I do to get the milk how can I breastfeed the baby

A. If you want to get the child in you should eat well take lots of fluid Daal Chawal fibre and this will have to produce more milk and more importantly you try to let the child every 2 hours

A. U Can consult your lactation doctor start with lactation granules there is a wide variety available consult your doctor and go with the best what they suggest you if it helps in increasing your lactation by any chance then you are very lucky otherwise you have to stick to formula feeding only
