You can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatmentbetter to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can. you can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well

U Should consult a nutritionist once because she would advise you with the right kind of plan apart from that you can also tell you if your child is facing a couple of deficiencies because your child is quite underweight and also since you mentioned that the wait has been stagnant for a really long time that means your child is definitely going through some issue or some problem that’s why the wait is not increasing
