#AskTheExpert hi.... I'm mother of 7 n half months old baby.... since pregnancy I'm taking thyroxine 25 mcg tablets... after 45 days of delivery tsh was 0.09 so doctor asked me stop tablets....... 45 days ago my tsh was 12.3 so doctor suggested to take 25 mcg tablets...... now tsh is 14.02 so doctor has asked me to take 50 mcg tablets.... how do I control my hypothyroidism? please suggest.... I'm doing yoga for thyroid problem .... thanks in advance

A. you should never stop your thyroid medications... sometimes your whole life.. walk for half an hour daily. eat low calorie diet. drink lukewarm water.. reduce your sugar and fat intake
