#asktheexpert Hi I m mom of 5 month old baby. He was looking so lean. sometimes I feel that sufficient quantity of milk is not secreted for him. How can I identify where is the problem or not.

Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Mom should take nutritious and easy to digest food
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Mom should take more probiotics millets and citrus fruits
Don't over use senitizer antibiotics and antibacterials.
