#AskTheExpert hi i m a mother to a 3 month old baby boy. baby delivered through c sec. when to start exercise to lose weight and which exercises are best.

A. after 6 months of post Cesarean section For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. to start exercise you should wait for 4-6months after delivery with c section.. start with brisk walking first then with low intense exercise or yoga.. you can take Zumba classes or join gym.. take care of your diet
