#asktheexpert Hi, I'm a mother of 4 months old, i have been taking lactare tablets since beginning. can I continue till I stop breastfeeding?planning to feed until baby is 2years is it ok to take for so long ? how many tablets should I take in a day?

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear mom it is better to consult the gynecologist and take medication accordingly you are advised to exclusively breastfed baby for the initial 6 months of age and start weaning diet once the baby complete 6 months yes you can continue feeding the baby till 2 years
