#asktheexpert hi , I'm a lactating mother , but recently since past 1 month the milk supply has completely stopped can you pls advice why and how to produce milk again . baby is 9 months old

A. Hello my dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter. Clarify your concern, concerns and follow your doctors advice. Good luck and take care.
