#asktheexpert hi I m 34 yrs old and I m not getting mensis properly I did 2 months course also prescribed by gynac. tablet ovary of 21 days . wat can I do to maintain it on regular basis

A. I don't think you need to take medication to regularise your mensus instead you should go for regular daily walking and exercise as much possible and also meditation which will help more to maintain your overall health and also regularise your mensus
