#AskTheExpert hi, I'm 24 weeks pregnant and my BP is recorded 160/90 is there any problem comes to my unborn baby?

A. just try to keep yourself happy and calm which will help maintain your blood pressure and also you should have timely intake of food along with regular daily walking and meditation whenever possible
