You need to take healthy diet and keep yourself well hydrated. Have seasonal fruits and vegetables, avoid pineapple and papaya throughout the pregnancy . Limit your outside food and too much of sugary and Refined foods C have fresh home made foods dal , roti etc , dry fruits and nuts , milk etc

As I vomited 2-3times a day and after a meal it feels like to be vomit this makes me really afraid of eating anything.
could you plz suggest me how to cope up with this.
