Change all bad food habits in babies
It will help
Give ur baby plenty of oral liquids,
(Plain water, Fruits and fruit juices including seasonal Fruits)
Give fiber rich food items in diet.
Green vegetable, beans, carrots,sweet potatos will work.
Avoid to give maida products like biscuits and mainly bakery products
Restrict milk intake to 400-500 ml per day
Do tummy massage if possible
Add some stool softner or laxatives if advised by pediatrician.

Bananas, apples, prunes are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Include them in daily diet. Include curd and buttermilk to improve your child’s digestion and gut health. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Follow your doctor’s instructions diligently. Good luck and take care.
