Q.

#asktheexpert hi, i have twin babies. they are 7 months now but they were born at my 31st week of pregnancy. we started feeding solid food with some home made cereals. I would like to know if we could add a pinch of jaggery and salt to it while feeding?

A. Hello dear parent! Ideally salt, sugar and jaggery should be introduced only after one year completion. Give your baby seasonal foods in natural tastes and flavours. Continue with breastfeeding. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy
