#AskTheExpert hi...I have a normal delivery and it's been 40 days..I started yoga and now i found some blood spotting there is no blood flow.. only spots....is it normal to have after delivery... please let me know.....

A. happens due to dehydration or Lack of fibre diet or tear due to stretching. once consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required and start treatment as advised by your doctor
