#asktheexpert hi , I have a 7 month old daughter who is still not interested in solids. I am trying both spoon feeding and baby led weaning and while she will try everything, she stops after couple of bites. what can I do and how do I ensure she is getting her nutrition?

A. It is still too soon for the baby to eat properly, so no need to worry just keep offering finger foods and lots of fruits and usually that will help in getting necessary amount for her to fill the tummy. Any help you will be giving her milk so that will help her with extra nutrients
