#AskTheExpert hi, i got severe hair fall after my pregnancy..it's 5:30 half months now but still no recovery...it's really upsetting. pls suggest good cure ... suppliments/ shampoo/ home remedies

Avoid stress.
Use wide teeth comb,
Have plenty of fluids.
Take protien rich diet.
