#AskTheExpert Hi. I didnot have a very good experience while giving birth and how my doc and her team treated me terrorized me so much that I havent seen a doc since then. my question is i have been exclusively breast feeding my kid and have not got my menses till date shes 9 months now. I referred google and it said it was for 6 months to not have menses but again depends on individual cases.pl z suggest

A. it depends on every individual as some will have mensus soon after delivery very next month.. and soon may get after a year.. my cycle started after 4months of first delivery and after eight months of second delivery.. take care..
