once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support.
Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor to know if any precautions
NikithaMom of a 11 yr 1 m old boy2 years agoA. hello it basically depends on the baby condition and your doctor can decide about whether the normal delivery is possible or not and it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
