#AskTheExpert hi, I am exclusively breastfeeding my 2 month old baby. I heard that breastfeeding decrease pregnancy weight. I am taking balanced diet still I can see my weight increases day by day... my appetite has been increased too

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mom appetite increase because u r feeding ur baby and if u r taking healthy and nutritional homemade diet no junk fried heavy food at all and moreover u should have ur meals on time then u will see u will start decreasing without loosing important nutrients
