Q.

#asktheexpert hi i am breastfeeding my of months old baby. from few days i think he is.not gettinv enough milk . what i can do go increase the milk supply ? should i switch to formula milk?

A. U Then try having lactation capsules if they help you in increasing your lactation then its okay otherwise you can definitely switch to formula feeding if you do not have sufficient breastfeeding for the child and also a lot of women to choose this option because when you do not have sufficient breastfeed and will have to stick to formula only
