#Asktheexpert Hi, I am a breastfeeding by 7month old baby and feel a lot of pain in my back and knees. I suppose it is because of decrease in calcium. Could you please suggest which calcium tablets I can take?

A. Hello mom , consult the dr as per the dosage basing on your condition you may also take massages as that would be helpful , also morning sunlight as well

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please make sure you are not deficient in colic acids or vitamin d3. Please maintain proper posture while sitting and do some yoga for back pain. Kindly get examined by your doctor and then take supplements accordingly. Thanks and take care
