#AskTheExpert hi I am 39 weeks pregnant now but I don't have any dilation and neither any cramps or contractions I'm worried please help

A. Hello ma’am Don’t be worried about this because it is normally 39 weeks +1 week so if you do not have any contractions till now it is fine consult your gynaecologist and if needed then go for a sweep stretch with helps in triggering labour within 48 hours. So please consult your gynaecologist for the same
