#AskTheExpert Hi, I am 38 years old and now 35 weeks pregnant. We conceived naturally and my periods have always been regular. As this is the only child we plan to have would like to know the best long term contraceptive methods i could use that doesn't affect my health or my period cycles.

A. iucd. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentIn such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion
