Take rest as much as possible , check with your for good supplementation is necessary along with dietary intake - also in diet dry fruits such as dates, apricots and, dry figs m raisins are quite beneficial as well too.
They can be soaked in water overnight and taken along with its water but do it in limits are it may case heat issue in some.
Also if you take non veg then organs meats like liver would be beneficial too. Millets , legumes like chana, rajma , sprouts etc are useful as well along with green leafy vegetables , beans, cluster beans, bajra , eggs, also take citrus fruits as well, Bengal gram as well , ladies finger, gingelly seeds, amla, guava etc

Talk to your gynaecologist once if you can shave art taking wheatgrass juice and have kiwi as besides eating iron rich foods you need to increase your Vitamin C intake for better iron absorption abd start taking overnight soaked black raisins in the morning

please give dates syrup daily in milk twice day
