A. Hi, Prepare vegetables edli by adding finely chopped vegetables in it. Also make daliya by adding vegetables in it. Don't add chilly or any spices, only salt. Give eggs soyabean pulses paneer rice roti milk etc. Add protein powder in milk for added benefits
