ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, gripe water should be completely avoided. these are unnecessary and dangerous and can cause infection to your baby. some of them also contain alcohol and opium like substances. breast milk is easy to digest. exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.
