A. Hello mom If your baby is having fever because of his stomach infections and in such case you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it because you’re Dr can only advise you will after examining baby and having some test. You should not give any sort of medication till it is not advised by Dr but you should avoid giving milk to your baby
