my 3 year baby eye was swalloen for last few days every morning and ok by afternoon but no infection was there .she is suffering from fever yesterday and not eating properly only water but her stomach look full. her face is a bit fluffy these days. plz suggest

A. prolonged period of sleeping face down causes puffy eyes in Babies.. their are other reason too. Some condition are normal and goes away by time...but swelling is not going away than better to consult your paedritician
