#asktheexpert Hi Experts, we wanted to know about our 6 month old baby girl milk stuff. Everyone is suggesting now to let her get fed with cow milk but we are hesitant as we were advised by our doctor to get it start after an year only. please suggest

you should not listen to anyone.
give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed more frequently for adequate production

No Cows milk cannot be given to the child before the age of 12 months you continue breastfeeding if you have sufficient amount and for complimentary feeding you can choose between formula feeding or tone pasteurised milk these are the only two options that you can go
